Sukhwinder Singh

Founder • Immigration Application Preparation Specialist

Sukhwinder’s immigration journey began in India and continued through Canada, where he navigated the study-permit, work-permit, permanent-residence and citizenship processes. He later moved to the United States as an F-1 student, earned a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle, and eventually became a U.S. permanent resident.

That experience gave him firsthand insight into the uncertainty, documentation burden and emotional weight that immigration processes can create. Akal Consultants was founded to help people approach those processes with better organization, clearer expectations and responsive support.

Clients are treated as individuals—not file numbers. The goal is to explain the process in understandable terms, provide practical document checklists and keep communication transparent from the first conversation through completion of the agreed service.
